EXHIBITION STAND COFFEE BAR
We provide an outstanding experience to make the visit to your stand even more memorable. Our staff are often the first place a guest may come and ask to meet one of your team - we are there to ensure their experience is a great one.
We offer speciality coffee made with our fully automatic espresso machines. We are equipped to cope with high volume events where we serve 500+ coffees daily. In addition to this, we often serve up to 1000 soft drinks - keeping your staff and customers hydrated and ready for business.
Exhibition stand coffee is a key element to consider visitor attraction and retention on your stand, that extra moment to make a connection, to scan a badge or to welcome a client.
BRAND ACTIVATIONS & EVENTS
We are happy to work with you to design special products for your brand events. For Oceanology International 2024, we created a custom cocktail for Teledyne Marine to launch their new technology, alongside a promotional gift for their visitors.
Our services
Expo Espresso is a new company built on 20 years of experience in the exhibition industry. We aim to provide leading businesses in their respective fields with stand hospitality services.
We work with our clients to plan, organise and deliver a coffee bar and refreshments that meets the needs of all the people on the stand. From technicians behind the scenes, to the corporate executives and VIP guests, our main aim is to take on the responsibility of looking after everyone with attentive service. This enables our clients to focus on making the most of being at the show.
What sets us apart
We want to work with a brand to deliver consistent service internationally. When there is an event and the client wants to provide hospitality – we can be there. We have experience of working at many international venues and dealing with the nuances of local customs and suppliers. If there is a venue that is new to us, we will go the extra mile to ensure we acclimatise and engage with the area to deliver the same high quality to the best of our abilities.
We have staff that are friendly and professional, and we provide high quality, on-site training to our new team members. This is the difference between working with us, and working with an individual venue hospitality provider for each show our client is exhibiting at.

We are experienced in organising catering for your stand event. We work with clients and local suppliers to source tasty catering that is designed to meet the needs of your event and budget.
We aim to serve produce that is suited to a range of dietary requirements, also the style of event.
Where possible we will use crockery, but we also source eco friendly disposables that look good with a reduced impact on the environment.
